IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA

EarnedRep ("we," "us," or "our") DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

The service

EarnedRep publishes real-estate agent profiles built from verified, consented client feedback, and provides contact forms that deliver your message directly to the agent you choose. By using the site you accept these terms.

Ratings and quotes

Ratings are computed from every rated response an agent has received, including critical ones. Published quotes appear only with the reviewer's consent and the agent's approval, and are never edited. We stand behind that process, but profiles are provided as-is: verify anything material directly with the agent. Agents listed here are independent professionals, not employees or representatives of EarnedRep.

App services terms (for agents)

Agents use EarnedRep through an app connected to their CRM. The app collects client feedback after real conversations, keeps it in the agent's private records, writes results back to the agent's CRM, and — with the reviewer's consent and the agent's approval — publishes selected quotes to a public profile.

The integrity rules are part of the deal. Quotes cannot be edited by anyone, including the agent: each one is approved or declined as written. Ratings are computed from every rated response and cannot be altered or filtered. Publication consent may only be gathered through the app's consent flow, which records what the reviewer agreed to and when. Gaming these mechanisms — fabricating feedback, laundering consent, or misrepresenting who a reviewer is — is grounds for removal from the directory and termination of service.

The agent's CRM data remains the agent's. Feedback records we hold are held on the agent's behalf; published quotes are additionally governed by the reviewer's consent, including their right to withdraw it (see the Privacy Policy). Subscriptions and billing are handled through the CRM marketplace listing. Either side may end the service: disconnecting the app stops collection and CRM access, and stored records or the public profile are deleted on request. The service is provided as-is; the Liability section below applies to agents as well as visitors.

Text-messaging terms (SMS)

Contact forms on agent profiles include optional text-message consent checkboxes. By checking a box and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages from the sender named in the consent language beside that checkbox — the agent you contacted or the licensed business they operate under — at the phone number you provided. Conversational consent covers messages about your inquiry and related services; a separate marketing consent covers promotional messages such as new listings, open houses, and market updates. Each consent is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — check your mobile plan for details.

You can cancel at any time: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sender, after which you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply START to resubscribe. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, contact the agent directly, or email privacy@earnedrep.com.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see the Privacy Policy. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text Message Program Terms & Conditions (EarnedRep)

For text messages sent by EarnedRep itself — for example, after you opt in on our get-started form — the full program terms:

By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, customer support, and important updates.

Opt-In & Consent:

• You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in
• We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions
• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Message Frequency & Content:

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business
• Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested
• We do not send promotional content without specific consent

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Information:

• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers

SMS Data Protection Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Eligibility (18+)

Our services and text-message programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By submitting a form on this site or opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete the information and stop the messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam or unlawful content through contact forms, to scrape or republish profile content at scale, or to misrepresent who you are. We may decline or remove submissions that abuse the service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnedRep is not liable for decisions made in reliance on profile content, or for the conduct of any agent or visitor. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.
