IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA

EarnedRep ("we," "us," or "our") DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

Subscription & billing terms (for agents)

EarnedRep plans are sold by Virtual Office CRM, LLC, doing business as EarnedRep. These terms apply when you purchase a subscription.

Summary of services

Paid plans include hosted, branded feedback pages, CRM configuration (fields, tags, values, and workflows), score-gated review routing, a public profile on earnedrep.com, and guided onboarding. Premium plans add the lead email parser and AI voice answering. Setup begins when you submit the onboarding survey after checkout. We also submit your A2P text-messaging registration on your behalf; carrier approval typically completes within 7 days and depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding.

Subscription fees

Subscriptions start at $297 per month. Monthly plans carry a one-time setup fee that covers your first 30 days, with recurring billing starting on day 31. Bi-annual plans bill six months at once and waive the setup fee. Current pricing is published at pricing.earnedrep.com; the pricing in effect when you subscribe applies for your term.

Usage-based charges

Text messaging, voice, dedicated phone numbers, and email are delivered through third-party telecom infrastructure, and usage is billed to your account automatically in addition to the subscription. Approximate rates: SMS $0.007–$0.02 per message segment; voice calls and AI voice answering $0.10–$0.30 per minute; dedicated phone numbers $1–$2 per month; email $0.0005–$0.002 per message. Provider rates change over time; the exact rates for your account are visible in your billing settings.

Payment method

You must keep a valid payment method on file. Subscription and usage charges bill automatically. If a charge fails or no valid payment method is on file, we may suspend the service until the account is brought current.

Refund policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once services have begun. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has been initiated, and bi-annual payments cover the full six-month term. Cancelling stops future renewals; your service continues through the period already paid.

Communication compliance

You are the sender of the messages your account sends. You are responsible for complying with the TCPA and other applicable communication laws, for obtaining proper consent before placing automated calls or texts, and for the accuracy of the A2P registration information you provide. We prepare and submit carrier registrations on your behalf, but approval decisions belong to the carriers.

Intellectual property

The platform, snapshots, workflows, and configurations we deploy remain the property of Virtual Office CRM, LLC. Your subscription is a license to use them while the service is active, not a transfer of ownership, and they may not be resold or redistributed without written permission. Your CRM data and your feedback records remain yours, as described in the app services terms below.

The service

EarnedRep publishes real-estate agent profiles built from verified, consented client feedback, and provides contact forms that deliver your message directly to the agent you choose. By using the site you accept these terms.

Ratings and quotes

Ratings are computed from every rated response an agent has received, including critical ones. Published quotes appear only with the reviewer's consent and the agent's approval, and are never edited. We stand behind that process, but profiles are provided as-is: verify anything material directly with the agent. Agents listed here are independent professionals, not employees or representatives of EarnedRep.

App services terms (for agents)

Agents use EarnedRep through an app connected to their CRM. The app collects client feedback after real conversations, keeps it in the agent's private records, writes results back to the agent's CRM, and — with the reviewer's consent and the agent's approval — publishes selected quotes to a public profile.

The integrity rules are part of the deal. Quotes cannot be edited by anyone, including the agent: each one is approved or declined as written. Ratings are computed from every rated response and cannot be altered or filtered. Publication consent may only be gathered through the app's consent flow, which records what the reviewer agreed to and when. Gaming these mechanisms — fabricating feedback, laundering consent, or misrepresenting who a reviewer is — is grounds for removal from the directory and termination of service.

The agent's CRM data remains the agent's. Feedback records we hold are held on the agent's behalf; published quotes are additionally governed by the reviewer's consent, including their right to withdraw it (see the Privacy Policy). Subscriptions and billing are handled through the CRM marketplace listing. Either side may end the service: disconnecting the app stops collection and CRM access, and stored records or the public profile are deleted on request. The service is provided as-is; the Liability section below applies to agents as well as visitors.

Text-messaging terms (SMS)

Contact forms on agent profiles include optional text-message consent checkboxes. By checking a box and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages from the sender named in the consent language beside that checkbox — the agent you contacted or the licensed business they operate under — at the phone number you provided. Conversational consent covers messages about your inquiry and related services; a separate marketing consent covers promotional messages such as new listings, open houses, and market updates. Each consent is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — check your mobile plan for details.

You can cancel at any time: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sender, after which you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply START to resubscribe. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, contact the agent directly, or email privacy@earnedrep.com.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see the Privacy Policy. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text Message Program Terms & Conditions (EarnedRep)

For text messages sent by EarnedRep itself — for example, after you opt in on our get-started form — the full program terms:

By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, customer support, and important updates.

Opt-In & Consent:

• You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in
• We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions
• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Message Frequency & Content:

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business
• Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested
• We do not send promotional content without specific consent

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

SMS Data Protection Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Eligibility (18+)

Our services and text-message programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By submitting a form on this site or opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete the information and stop the messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam or unlawful content through contact forms, to scrape or republish profile content at scale, or to misrepresent who you are. We may decline or remove submissions that abuse the service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnedRep is not liable for decisions made in reliance on profile content, or for the conduct of any agent or visitor. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of specific business results; for paying subscribers, our total liability is capped at the amounts paid to us in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives at this address, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email privacy@earnedrep.com.
