How this works
Where the feedback comes from
Agents listed here use a feedback system that asks for a short, honest reaction after real conversations — a first phone call, an open house, a showing, a market update — not only after a sale closes. Most reviews are three taps and a rating; some include a comment.
What the rating means
The rating on an agent's page is the average of every rated response they have received, including critical ones. Nothing is excluded from that number. It is not calculated from the quotes shown on the page.
Why only some responses appear as quotes
A quote is published only when two things are true: the client explicitly gave permission after submitting their feedback, and the agent approved it. That makes the quotes a permission-filtered selection rather than a complete record — which is why the rating beside them is not. We never edit a quote: what you read is what the client wrote.
How clients are identified
A published quote shows a first name and last initial, and nothing else. No email address, no phone number, no full name.
Removing a quote
If you left feedback and want it taken down, you can ask at any time and it will be removed — no reason required. Email privacy@earnedrep.com with the page it appears on, or ask the agent directly.
