What is published here

An agent profile page shows the agent's own details, an aggregate rating computed from every rated response they have received, and client quotes. For each published quote we show the client's first name and last initial, the text exactly as they wrote it, the star rating, the month, and the type of conversation it followed.

How a quote gets here

Publication requires the reviewer's explicit opt-in, given after they submitted their feedback, and recorded with a timestamp and the wording they agreed to. The agent then separately approves each quote. Nothing is edited. Feedback that has not been opted in never leaves the agent's private records.

Withdrawing consent

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with no reason required. Email privacy@earnedrep.com or ask the agent. Removal also deletes the public copy of the quote.

Aggregate figures

Response counts and average ratings are computed from all responses an agent has received. They contain no individual responses and nothing identifying a respondent.
