IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA

Lawyers Real Estate Company LLC DBA Earned Rep ("we," "us," or "our") DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

1. Our Services

These terms govern your communications with Lawyers Real Estate Company LLC DBA Earned Rep, including inquiries submitted through our EarnedRep profile contact form and any text-message, email, or phone follow-up you consent to. By submitting the form or opting into our messaging, you accept these terms.

2. Text Message Program Terms & Conditions

By opting into our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, customer support, and important updates.

Opt-In & Consent:

• You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in
• We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions
• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 702-333-3168. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Message Frequency & Content:

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business
• Messages will be directly related to the services you have requested
• We do not send promotional content without specific consent

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

• Standard message and data rates may apply
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers

SMS Data Protection Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Consent Is Not a Condition of Service

4. Eligibility (18+)

Our services and text-message programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By submitting a form on this site or opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete the information and stop the messages.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use our contact form or messaging channels to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to misrepresent your identity. We may decline to respond to submissions that abuse the service.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Our services and communications are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawyers Real Estate Company LLC DBA Earned Rep is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages (wireless carriers are not liable for these either) or for decisions made in reliance on informal communications. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at this address with the effective date.
